When will my order ship?
The same business day, from Korea. Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

How long does delivery take?
3–5 business days to the US by international express. Delivery to other countries depends on the destination.

Where do you ship? What does it cost?
We ship worldwide by international express, and shipping is free on every order.

Will I pay duties or taxes?
Import duties and taxes aren't included in our prices. If your country charges them, they're paid by the customer and may be collected on delivery.

My order hasn't arrived.
If it's been more than 10 business days since it shipped, email us and we'll sort it out.

Using D-1

When should I use it?
The night before the day that matters. Using it for the first time? Try one a week or so ahead, so the night before feels familiar.

How long do I leave it on?
IN | 30 MIN for hydration and a cool, calm finish. OUT | 60 MIN for deep hydration and sebum care. Then peel it off, press the leftover essence in, and go to bed. Don't sleep in it.

How often can I use it?
IN | 30 MIN is gentle enough for any evening. For OUT | 60 MIN, once or twice a week is plenty.

Is it okay for sensitive skin?
Patch-test on a small area first. Avoid the eye area and broken skin, and stop using it if you notice redness or itching.

Which box should I get?
4 sheets to try it before your big day. 10 for a season of big days. 20 or 30 to share, gift, or stock up. Using one a week? Subscribe and get 4 sheets every month for 30% less.

What's the 30-day money-back guarantee?
Try Box 1 (4 sheets). If D-1 isn't for you, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund your Box 1 in full. You don't need to send it back, even if it's opened. It covers one Box 1 per customer, on your first order (if that's a subscription, your first box counts). Box 2 and bundles aren't covered, but unopened boxes can be returned within 90 days. Import duties and taxes can't be refunded.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us right away. Orders ship the same day, and once an order has shipped we can't cancel it. Unopened boxes can still be returned within 90 days.

Can I return it?
One Box 1 on your first order is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. Other unopened, sealed boxes can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us your order number first and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and shipping costs aren't refundable. D-1 is single-use, so opened boxes can't be returned, apart from the one Box 1 covered by the guarantee. Ordering Box 1 with other boxes? Open Box 1 first, and if D-1 isn't for you, send the rest back unopened.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. No need to send it back.

How does the subscription work?
You get Box 1 (4 sheets) every month at 30% off the one-time price, with free express shipping. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and we email you 3 days before each charge. From your 2nd box, each box includes a surprise K-beauty mini.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Anytime, in your account under Subscriptions. It takes effect right away, with no fee and no minimum number of boxes. You can also email us at least 2 business days before your next charge.

Do I pay duties on each box?
Import duties and taxes aren't included in our prices. If your country charges them, they're paid by the customer for each delivery.
