Returns & Refunds

D-1 is a single-use skincare product, so for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened boxes.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@daybfor.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — you won't need to ship anything back.

Unopened items
Unopened, sealed boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and the refund is issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, please follow the return process above.

Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
