Where we ship
Currently shipping to the United States. Customers in Korea can order at our Naver Smart Store.

Cost
Free shipping on all orders.

Where it ships from
Every order ships from our fulfillment center in Korea, where D-1 is made.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to the US typically takes 7–12 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties & taxes
All duties and import fees are included in your price. You won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship on our launch date, September 18, 2026.

Lost or delayed packages
